The concept design, having as a starting point the softness of the landscape and of the characteristic stone walls in the topography, creates “in between” spaces that act as mediators for the occupants’ experience which, in extent, will “choreograph” the experiential flow for the occupants, oscillating between anticipation, expectation and ultimately sensation. To introduce a new architectural discourse, a new “aesthetic” and a set of design parameters for the hotel complex, we establish a set of architectural features/devices as focal points. These architectural features can be made up of geometric/sculptural forms, material features and nature integration features.
