Our studio is specialized in hotel design of flexible types and scales. Our deep knowledge in hotel & leisure projects allow us to balance between the developer’s vision, the Operator’s brand, and ultimately the Guests’ experience. The work of Liakos Associates Architects is based upon a solid foundation of design excellence, budget and program control, proficient project management, and the achievement of the best value and architectural quality. Working directly with the group of Directors and their architectural teams, Paris Liakos is actively involved in the design and supervision of each project from the initial concept stage, through planning, construction, and completion.
