Maria is an Architect-designer, she comes from Thessaloniki and has been living permanently in Athens for the last few years. She joined the Liakos Associates Architects team in April 2023. She did her MA in Architecture and Urban Planning at Oxford Brookes University (2022). During her studies she participated in art, architecture and photography exhibitions. She has collaborated with architectural offices and has dealt with interior design and furniture design.

Maria is interested in the wider spectrum that her studies in architecture offered her, combining it with art, photography, and fashion. She is a lover of good aesthetics, where everything is well thought out and designed so that spaces evoke memories and create sensations.

In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, photography and painting. She loves city walks, traveling and exploring new cultures.
